Refund and Returns Policy

This policy is valid for orders placed on or after 21 July, 2025.

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 calendar days have passed, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its unopened original packaging.

Restocking Fee Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items.

Shipping Costs The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning an item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.

Return Process To complete your return, your product will be inspected upon arrival. We will notify you via email once we have received the returned item and will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds If your return is approved, your refund will be processed as a store credit applied to your account. This store credit does not expire.

Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, opened, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Any item returned more than 14 calendar days after the order date.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at 18wheeltp@gmail.com.

Shipping for Returns & Exchanges You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
