A core deposit will be charged at the time of your order.

Core Return Eligibility:

• The core must be in a rebuildable condition.

• It must be returned within 14 calendar days of the original order date.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned core, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Disapproved cores will not be refunded.

• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed as a store credit or to your original method of payment. Please allow a certain number of business days for the credit to appear.

Shipping for Core Returns:

• You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the core.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.

• For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Exchanges:
